Remark :
Willy Leenders has applied the Emerson theorem to test the design of the time lines and discovered it was not correct.
The test succeeds with the green lines (on a picture) but absolutely not with the red and blue lines.
Willy Leenders had provided the city council via the culture coordinator with the correct data as soon as he was aware of the project.
The artist (?) had already made a totally wrong sundial for an exhibition in Meerhout.
