Description
Model 38
Here is a digital sundial.
The hours are reversely mentioned on an elongated mirror with circles at the bottom set on an horizontal axis. They divide time for each 15 minutes. The distances between the circles are not identical and grow as they approach the edges. The mirror can rotate around an axis. A white face is foreseen in front of the mirror with a vertical line on it as well as another horizontal one beneath the top edge. The setting is so that the mirror which is oriented East-West is also facing South. In order to read the time the mirror must be rotated until the center of the circles coincide with the horizontal line. At this moment the reading of time is correct.
